In this role you will:

  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Math, or related field. Or equivalent work experience in a similar role

  • 2+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.

  • Proficiency in machine learning such as TensorFlow, and PyTorch, and LLM frameworks for building text classification, summarization, and chatbots.

  • Experience working with real-world datasets and a holistic understanding of data preprocessing practices (selection, cleansing, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of deep learning architectures and their applications in NLP tasks.

  • Excellent programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., Pytorch, NLTK, NumPy, Pandas, sci-kit-learn)

  • Experience with retrieval architectures and vector databases.

  • A passion for innovation and a desire to apply AI solutions to solve complex problems.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

  • Having manufacturing experience is a plus.

You are a perfect fit if you have:

  • Develop and implement machine learning models to tackle challenging problems in the hard-tech domain, focusing on manufacturing.

  • Contribute to the development a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system architecture, leveraging NLP and different search architectures (semantic, hybrid, ect)

  • Fine-tune NLP models, including summarizers and classifiers

  • Participate in the creation of an AI companion

  • Contribute to the augmentation of a proprietary benchmark to continuously improve the performance and efficiency of our models.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Deep-Learning, Retrieval, and Gen AI methodologies to leverage them into our products.
